About Natural Health Sports Therapy

Specializing in physical therapy treatment with an emphasis on muscle balance and strength

Welcome to Natural Health Sports Therapy, a full-service physical therapy practice in Costa Mesa, California, operated by physical therapist Tanner Roche, PT, and his team. We accept most health insurance plans and welcome new patients five and older.

Our practice is conveniently situated and features a relaxing, boutique-style environment. We set strict limits on the number of patients we see rather than trying to serve as many people as possible. This focus on personalized care ensures that each patient receives one-on-one treatment from a qualified physical therapist.

Instead of making blanket recommendations, we listen to our patients, taking their goals and concerns into consideration. We use that information to develop custom physical therapy plans integrating various modalities, including manual therapy, strength training, and trigger point therapy.

People from all over Orange County visit us for orthopedic rehabilitation, post-surgical rehabilitation, and treatment of sports injuries. We have all the necessary equipment on-site, including a full gym setup.
