Valinda Roche

I began my massage therapy career in 1995 at Natural Health, working under Mark Roche. I graduated from the California College of Physical Arts, earning certifications in Deep Tissue Sports Massage and Swedish Lymphatic Flush. With over 30 years of experience, I am dedicated to enhancing my clients' well-being through both in-office sessions and home visits, designed to complement and support physical therapy protocols. My passion lies in helping people improve their health, utilizing massage techniques that promote long-term maintenance, injury prevention, and a sense of vitality. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my family and coaching Edison High Schools beach volleyball team!
